The Influencer Campaign Manager position requires a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and ambitious individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with influencers is a must. The engagement period for this role is expected to be between one month to one month and a half.

Key Responsibilities:

  • INFLUENCER SOURCING AND OUTREACH - Identify potential influencers whose audience aligns with the project's target market, Evaluate influencers' engagement rates, authenticity, and past collaborations, Work with influencers and third-party data sites to collect relevant metrics in influencers' audience and content, Contact selected influencers, negotiate terms and best rates, and secure agreements.
  • CONTENT DEVELOPMENT AND COORDINATION - Work with influencers to develop creative and engaging content that resonates with their audience and aligns with campaign goals, Help review content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and expectations, Help communicate client feedback, Assist with translation of content where necessary.
  • CAMPAIGN EXECUTION - Ensure that influencers deliver content on schedule and adhere to agreed-upon terms, Encourage influencers to engage with their audience, respond to comments, and foster community interaction, Address any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
  • PERFORMANCE TRACKING, REPORTING, AND ANALYSIS - Compile campaign performance data into comprehensive reports, Analyze campaign results to derive insights, and identify areas for improvement.
  • COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS - Ensure all agreements are documented and legally binding.
  • TEAM COLLABORATION - Work closely with the Amplify team to ensure campaign alignment and success.
