Customer Acquisition Director

Job Overview:
The Customer Acquisition Director is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and convert new customers, driving growth and revenue for the company. This role requires a sales expert with a strong understanding of customer acquisition channels, relationship building and sales funnel optimization. The CAD will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the alignment of all efforts towards achieving top line targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning (10%):
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify target customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns (with our Marketinng team) to attract them.
Lead Generation and Top Line Contribution (60%):
- Develop and manage lead generation initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted in a simple process and fast time.
- Achieve assigned sales targets to contribute successfully to the overall company's top line.
- Diversify the company's revenue by attracting new clients and opening new accounts.
Partnerships and Business Development (10%):
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to enhance business development efforts.
Performance Monitoring (10%):
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition strategies.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
Team Leadership (10%):
- Lead and mentor a team of CA professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Last Mile, Shipping, Fulfillment, Cross-border, Bonded-zones, and/or E-Commerce.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies while achieving top line targets.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- MS Office, especially Excel.
- Reporting skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask.
