Robert Walters Middle East is currently working with one of leading professional services firm. They are looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their team. This role is based in Riyadh, KSA.
Responsibilities

- Credit Management: Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients to establish appropriate credit limits.
- Debt Collection: Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices by liaising with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on debt recovery, outstanding invoices, and credit control performance for senior management.
- Risk Mitigation: Implement and monitor credit policies to mitigate financial risk while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans with clients, ensuring the timely recovery of debts while maintaining long-term relationships.
- 5+ years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional services industry experience is ideal (law firms/ management consultancies).
- Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of credit management principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
