Key Responsibilities:



Corporate Communications

  • Develop and execute integrated communication plans to support the company’s strategic objectives
  • Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
  • Organize and manage corporate events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings



Media and Public Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure positive coverage of the company
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
  • Monitor media coverage and manage the company’s media presence
  • Coordinate media interviews and press conferences
  • Develop and implement PR campaigns to enhance the company’s image and reputation



Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

  • Design and implement CSR programs that promote sustainability, community engagement, and environmental stewardship
  • Develop partnerships with local communities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to support CSR initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CSR programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values
  • Lead the development of the annual CSR report, highlighting key achievements and future plans
  • Engage employees in CSR activities, fostering a culture of social responsibility within the organization



Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and community leaders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums
  • Ensure transparent and effective communication with stakeholders regarding the company’s CSR efforts and achievements.



Crisis Communication:

  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage potential risks and protect the company’s reputation
  • Act as the lead communicator during crisis situations, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies



Budgeting and Planning:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget for corporate communications and CSR activities
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of communication and CSR initiatives
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to communication and CSR projects



Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communications and CSR, with a proven track record in the petrochemical industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Deep understanding of CSR principles, sustainability practices, and stakeholder engagement.
