- The candidate will be responsible for managing the intake, handling, storage and retrieval of all documents related to the project
- Ensure all documentation meets the QMS requirements and Project Quality Requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to track data and ensure all site data is accounted .
- Responsible for overall project database management.
- Responsible for issuance of permit to work requests, archiving and closing out PTW requests.
- Establish proper time management and document management so no information is lost or missed out.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to clients outlining, key milestones, challenges, and next steps.
- Ensure that all deliverables are completed in line with project timelines and in accordance with company and industry best practice
- Work in close relationship with the Project Manager to monitor project progress, identify any delays, issues, or potential risks, and proactively highlight them to the project manager or technical team
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Strong Communication skills and able to interact effectively among team members and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
