An exciting opportunity is available for an Coordinator, Plastic BU, based in Dammam.

Summary:

Provide routine coordination and administrative services to a specific area of the organization in order to support the efficient and smooth-running operation of their facility or office.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Processes documentation and information according to defined procedures, for the support of
  
  

ongoing departmental activities.

• Deliver internal/external correspondence to ensure all staff receive intended communications accordingly.
• Co-ordinate travel, accommodation arrangements and produce itineraries as required.
• Maintains an effective data storage system, capturing the required business information.
• Utilize online data management systems to input and extract data accurately and efficiently.
• Undertake photocopying, binding and copy typing as requested.
• Monitor and manages stock level of office supplies to ensure that supply always meets demand.
• Receive visitors and callers, ensuring cordial hospitality to all guests and visitors.
  
  

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience for Bachelor’s or 3 year experience for Diploma.
  
  

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Office Administration.
• Coordination.
• Effective Communications.
• Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
