Contract Administrative Assistant

Duties:

Job Purpose:

Execute all transactional activities related to the administration of the contract. Responsibilities include documentation and uploading reports to system, tracking issues and maintaining contract issues log.

Functional Duties:

1. Assist in managing contract documentation through uploading related reports, documents, and forms to Sadara system on a periodic basis.
2. Responsible for documenting contract activities during contract issues, disputes, and closing.
3. Run contract reports on a periodic basis and share with relevant stakeholders. Ensure appropriate record and documentation keeping and maintain a contract file containing communications and contract documentations.
4. Perform tasks delegated by the Contract Administration Specialist in terms of collection, documentation, coordination and follow up.
5. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the Contract Administration Specialist.

Education:

Diploma in a relevant field.
