Continuous Control Monitoring Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for implementing automated tools to monitor internal controls and continuously measure their effectiveness, assist planned assessments and control reviews with data analytics. Also, assist decision making process by providing data analytics and data based scenario analysis when requested.

Job Responsibility

• Implementing automated tools to monitor internal controls and continuously measure their effectiveness
• Communicate control deficiencies to Financial Policies & Procedures Control and relevant stakeholders and agree on corrective actions.
• Assist planned assessments and control reviews with data analytics.
• Assist other Departments (for instance, IFRS advisory and Group Policies and Procedures) with data analytics to analyze the impact of proposes changes to policies or accounting treatments.
• Assist in providing management with adequate dashboards depicting the current controls status and potential enhancements areas.
• Monitoring indicators of control performance and control management.
• Assist decision making process by providing data analytics and data based scenario analysis when requested.
