Marn is a technology company established in 2017. It was acquired by Jahez in 2023. The company develops Electronic Cash Register (ECR) “AKA cloud cashier system” software integrated with payment services to provide a one-stop solution for businesses in F&B, Retail, Entertainment, and Services. Marn grew massively in the past two years and continues accelerating its customer base's growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and immerse yourself in our customers' industries, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities to craft insightful and relevant content.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry-specific terminology to create content that is both precise and engaging.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including ad campaigns, emails, video scripts, and website content.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to align on messaging strategies and content needs.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, ASO, and GEO to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize impact.
- Take ownership of your scope of work by breaking down tasks, setting clear priorities, and managing timelines effectively.
- Lead and manage freelance writers when necessary, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.
- Tailor content to different audience segments, ensuring messaging resonates with each group.
- Maintain accuracy and credibility by conducting thorough research and fact-checking.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in content development and execution, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content consistently.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Skilled in conducting research to support accurate and authoritative content creation.
- Experience managing freelancers or content contributors.
- Understanding of different B2B audiences and the ability to craft targeted messaging.
