As Content Lead, you’ll drive our content strategy, transforming insights into impactful messaging across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our content is clear, relevant, and aligned with our brand vision. Key Responsibilities

• Research and immerse yourself in our customers' industries, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities to craft insightful and relevant content.
• Develop a deep understanding of industry-specific terminology to create content that is both precise and engaging.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including ad campaigns, emails, video scripts, and website content.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to align on messaging strategies and content needs.
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, ASO, and GEO to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize impact.
• Take ownership of your scope of work by breaking down tasks, setting clear priorities, and managing timelines effectively.
• Lead and manage freelance writers when necessary, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.
• Tailor content to different audience segments, ensuring messaging resonates with each group.
• Maintain accuracy and credibility by conducting thorough research and fact-checking.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in content development and execution, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content consistently.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Skilled in conducting research to support accurate and authoritative content creation.
• Experience managing freelancers or content contributors.
• Understanding of different B2B audiences and the ability to craft targeted messaging.
