The Content Creator will be responsible for developing creative content for social media platforms, including videos, posts, and event coverages. This role requires a charismatic individual who is comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, strong communication skills, and the ability to capture compelling stories through their phone.

In this role, you will

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including videos, photos, and posts
• On-Site Coverage: Visit various sites, events, and projects to capture live content, including videos and photos, using a smartphone
• Video Appearance: Appear in videos and engage with the audience by speaking on camera, providing commentary, and showcasing events and projects
• Event Coverage: Provide live coverage of events, both internal and external, ensuring dynamic and engaging content is captured and shared in real me
• Content Planning: Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing strategies and business objectives
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, media and PR teams to ensure cohesive content strategy and execution

• Bachelors marketing or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role
• Good knowledge of the property market
• Depth knowledge in social media
• Depth knowledge of Media Production and creative process
• Proficiency in video editing software and photo editing tools
• Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate data insights into a robust marketing strategy
• Good understanding of social media platforms and web analytics
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Good understanding of social media practice
• Highly articulate individuals with excellent communications and presentation skills are essential
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to analyse campaign reports to identify required optimizations
