Key Responsibilities

• Perform the requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and system requirements in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assist in developing and maintaining frameworks that align with the organization's business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and assess the impact of technology solutions across departments.
• Provide support with proposals and RFP responses.
• Develop and document use cases, user stories, process flows, and service journey maps using industry-standard tools, ensuring clarity across both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable system requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business/technical units to ensure alignment of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Contribute to training and knowledge transfer activities.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or consulting roles.
• Professional certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is optional.
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
