Construction Manager - Serviced Apartments

Hill International is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the construction of a new serviced apartment complex in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the entire construction process, from pre-construction planning to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee construction schedules, budgets, and project plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations
• Monitor and manage project progress, including quality control and safety
• Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to senior management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of the project within budget and schedule
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in managing the construction of high-rise residential or hospitality projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Madinah, Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project
