Your new role, what's involved?

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Manager with over 15 years of relevant experience in construction consultancy, particularly focused on road, bridge, highway, and tunnel projects. As a Construction Site Manager at WSP, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for road, bridge, highway, and tunnel projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders including engineers, designers, clients, and authorities to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to project management and clients.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a background in construction consultancy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing road, bridge, highway, and tunnel projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional certification or licensure is a plus.
