Construction Manager - Hotels

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of multiple hotel projects in the region, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of multiple hotel projects in Madinah, Saudi Arabia
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor construction progress and ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
• Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals
• Review and approve project invoices and change orders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Prior experience managing hotel projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to relocate to Madinah, Saudi Arabia
