Construction Manager 2

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager 2 to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The Construction Manager 2 will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress of work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance
• Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex construction projects
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to relocate to Madinah, Saudi Arabia and travel as needed for project assignments
