We have an opening for a Construction Manager to join our team in the KSA. You would be working on prestigious project in Riyadh.""

Responsibilities

• I manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
• I am responsible for the on-site management of discipline specific construction activities.
• I monitor performance of the construction supervision team to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
• I am the primary contact with client representatives to coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure orderly and efficient completion of work.
• I ensure that positive working relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and our employees are maintained.
• I provide leadership and accountability for the implementation and measurable performance on site.
• I direct the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
• I determine the team requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
• I am responsible for the overall management of all administrative, commercial and technical services required for the management of the project.
• I provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required.
• I ensure timely acceptance of shop drawings in coordination with design manager and the carrying out reports and other documentation required for the project.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• I am a Chartered / Professional Engineer.
• I have 15 years’ experience of managing major construction projects.
• I demonstrate effective leadership and high commitment in order to achieve goals.
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
