Construction Manager 1

Hill International is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all construction activities, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues, implementing corrective measures as needed
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project requirements and are delivered on time
• Manage project budget, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed to stay within budget
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site
• Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and clients
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably on large-scale projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working in the Middle East region is a plus
• PMP or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
