Key Requirements
- Proven experience in compliance or related functions.
- Proven experience in maintaining and enforcing organizational SOPs.
- Background in travel e-commerce platforms, fintech, IT, or digital service ecosystems.
- Compliance or GRC certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Information Security, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills for documenting and presenting compliance findings.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Monitor and maintain compliance controls across organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assess compliance deviations and recommend enhancements to governance frameworks.
- Conduct compliance checks and internal reviews to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of compliance actions.
- Develop compliance reports, dashboards, and updates for management review.
- Educate stakeholders on compliance requirements and contribute to awareness initiatives.
