Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure all food is stored and handled properly to maintain quality and safety.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and work as part of the team.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately.
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
- Learn and improve skills continuously through daily tasks and mentoring.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Strong willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Culinary education or relevant training is a plus but not required.
