The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial success of Leader Group’s electronic e-commerce business in KSA. This role focuses on sourcing and managing supplier/vendor partnerships, expanding product assortment, and optimizing commercial performance to position the platform as a leading outlet for electronics. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and knowledge of the e-commerce and electronics market in the region.

- Supplier & Vendor Acquisition
- Identify, onboard, and manage electronic suppliers, brands, and distributors to expand the product catalog.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors to secure favorable commercial terms, pricing, and exclusive deals.
- Negotiate contracts, margin structures, and service-level agreements.
- Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase product availability, assortment, and competitiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to ensure strong positioning in the KSA market.
- Design and implement promotional and pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- E-commerce Operations Alignment
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth supplier integration and inventory management.
- Support digital merchandising and product placement to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with KSA e-commerce regulations and best practices.
- Performance Management
- Monitor vendor performance including delivery timelines, quality, and sales contribution.
- Track and report on commercial KPIs such as revenue, margin, inventory turnover, and vendor satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in vendor acquisition and retention processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial management, vendor acquisition, or category management, preferably in e-commerce or consumer electronics.
- Strong knowledge of KSA market trends in electronics and e-commerce.
- Proven track record in supplier/vendor negotiations and partnership management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
