Job Purpose/Summary
- To establish reliable, honest and supportive relationships with the clients.
- To actively promote latest and most suitable repair and strengthening solutions
- To define and implement, in coordination with the Business Development Manager, commercial strategy
- To oversee, review and direct the actions of the team during tendering process.
- To identify tenders and opportunities in the market and actively pursue them
- To propose and present most suitable technical solutions
- To ensure that all risks and assumptions in the commercial proposal are correctly defined, studied and quantified.
- To liaise with technical and commercial teams from head office
- To negotiate commercial terms with potential clients and suppliers.
- To review and finalize sub-contracts.
- To manage the commercial platform.
- To encourage close working relationship among commercial team.
- Experience of 3-5 years in commercial role in middle east. Strengthening and repairs market knowledge will be a strong advantage
- Customer oriented personality with strong interpersonal attitude
- Motivated and dedicated to achieve set targets and develop new skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering or higher required
