Responsibilities

• Cost Reporting on Monthly Basis,
• Support and evaluate on risk management,
• Prepare and maintain over all Cashflow Forecast,
• Prepare, assist and maintain, commercial, procurement and contractual elements of monthly client and PMO reports,
• Prepare and maintain consolidated Contract Logs, i.e., Insurance, Bonds, Claim Notifications and Responses,
• Attend Commercial Meetings and records minutes of meetings,
• Evaluate the necessity/feasibility of all potential changes,
• Identify potential variations and prepare Advance Warning estimates,
• Prepare RFDs, CRFs and VOs,
• Produce estimates of cost impact in terms of time and measured works,
• Maintain Advance Warning, RFD and VO Logs,
• Assist with administration of on-going Contracts, including monitoring Contractor and Consultant compliance with the Contract documents,
• Prepare correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all Contractual matters,
• Prepare and maintain project monthly cashflow for consolidation into the overall cashflow report,
• Manage Monthly Interim Payment Certificates for assigned projects and PMCMs,
• Collaborate with programme stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination in contract management processes and communicate contract requirements, changes, and updates effectively to all relevant parties,
• Ensure all warranties, bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract and comply with the contract requirements,
• Ensure all steps of the change process are managed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant contracts, paying attention to times allowed for notifications and responses, so that KSPF is not exposed to claims due to failure to follow process,
• Preparation of Variation Orders and Contract Amendments to Contractors and Consultants,
• Analyse contract data, identify trends, and generate reports or metrics related to contract performance, compliance, and key performance indicators and provide insights and recommendations to management for process improvements and contract-related decision-making,
• Prepare Final Accounts for measured works,
• Facilitates the contract close-out procedures to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have been complied with before final payment to the contractor.
  
  

Experiences And Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized University
• Relevant Experience in Pre and post contract, Commercial .
• Minimum 20 years’ relevant experience in the required field
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in similar projects
• Minimum 10 years’ GCC experience
• MRICS mandatory
• Experience of managing teams and client facing
• Measurement and quantification of building and infrastructure works
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
