Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the CMMS to ensure effective tracking of assets, maintenance schedules, workflows, and work order management within the Railway Project.
• Develop and implement best practices for the use of CMMS, driving data accuracy, process efficiency, and ongoing system improvements.
• Oversee integration of the CMMS with other relevant digital platforms and maintenance programs.
• Analyze system data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports for performance monitoring and asset optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and support to maintenance teams, ensuring effective use and understanding of the CMMS.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations through the use of CMMS.
• Coordinate training and support for staff to promote user adoption and system proficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, IT, and engineering teams for CMMS-related matters.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working with CMMS software in a technical and managerial capacity, ideally within transport, infrastructure, or large facility environments.
• Proven expertise in asset management, maintenance planning, and workflow optimization through CMMS.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, system integration, and best practices in computerized maintenance management.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to train and develop cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as per project/client/company requirements.
