A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Oversee the receiving and auditing of daily invoices.
• Prepare regular Food and Beverage cost reports.
• Perform food over-reporting, check regularly, and discuss findings with the Chef.
• Control officers and entertainment checks.
  
  

What We need from you:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in cost control (previous hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the JANA Sky system (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of impact and influence.
• Candidates must have excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
