As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will take the lead on creating and delivering a Woundcare curriculum both externally for key customers/partners and internally for Molnlycke employees

As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will take the lead on creating and delivering a Woundcare curriculum both externally for key customers/partners and internally for Molnlycke employees
You’ll help guide and shape our business in the following ways:
- Delivering clinically focused trainings and assisting with the facilitation of external customer programmes
- Assisting with the creation of relevant Woundcare product content and related course materials
- Educating customers on Molnlycke practices and products relevant to the disease state
- Continuous development, improvement and implementation of employee trainings
- Assessing the success and qualitive outcomes of all Woundcare training plans
- Co-creation, in partnerships with marketing, of sales team customer presentations

- Degree educated in relevant area such as Nursing or related healthcare
- Clear expertise within the area of Woundcare products and treatments
- Clinical experience gained through hands on post qualification working
- Previous exposure to training and education of healthcare peers or customers
- Wound Management qualification would be highly desirable
