Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations, optimize business processes, and drive strategic initiatives. As a key leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency and supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and excellence.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape the company’s vision and strategy.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and foster innovation.
• Optimize business processes, resources, and budgets for peak performance.
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, preferably within the tech/startup ecosystem.
• Proven track record of scaling operations and driving growth.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory landscape is a plus.
