Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Control: Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and store level profitability.
- Business Partnering: Evaluate new store investments, pricing strategies, and
- Governance & Compliance: Oversee cash, POS controls, IFRS compliance, and
- Cost Optimization: Control labor, rent, and overhead; identify savings
- Reporting: Deliver performance dashboards, profitability insights, and KPI tracking.
- Bachelor’s in finance/accounting (CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred).
- +5 years finance experience, including retail/offline operations.
- Strong Accounting concepts, IFRS knowledge, financial modeling, and ROI analysis
