Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Create innovative and seasonal menus that align with the restaurant's concept and clientele preferences.
• Ensure menus reflect a balance between creativity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, supervise, and train the kitchen team to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitor kitchen performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage food costs, and waste to ensure profitability.
• Source high-quality ingredients while maintaining budget constraints.
• Work closely with the management team to align kitchen operations with the overall goals of the hotel.
  
  

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or similar role.
• Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating outstanding dishes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software and inventory systems.
