POSITION SUMMARY
The CEVC Supervisor supports the United States Military Training Mission (USMTM) by providing continuous personnel vetting and physical security monitoring at services. The mission ensures compliance for credentialing and ongoing risk assessments of locally employed personnel, while maintaining 24/7 physical security and force protection measures for U.S. service members, civilians, and mission partners. The work is critical to safeguarding U.S. equities, classified areas, and operational integrity within the USCENTCOM area of responsibility. The position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage personnel assigned to CEVC, manage interview adjudication/vetting schedule, maintain records databases on Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR)/Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Network, and provide quality control of all CEVC documents.
- Liaise with Department of War (DoW) Intelligence organization in support of Tier 1 background investigations for Foreign Nationals.
- Be responsible for in/out-processing of personnel. Upon out-processing and termination, Supervisor will recover all government property (CAC and Access Badge) and notify COR to be remove individual from MP-ICAM sponsorship.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a DoW Civilian equivalent of Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Army Counterintelligence, Army Criminal Investigations Division, or USAF Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) 3P0X1 (Security Forces), US Army MOS 35L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E, 35F, or any DoW credentialed intelligence occupation with minimum four years of experience in the field. Experience with Personnel Security Investigation or Counterintelligence Investigations is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in written communication and possess the ability to use Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Teams.
- Experience with SIPR, data mining, data analysis, intelligence reporting, intelligence analysis, screening, risk management, record keeping and investigative questioning techniques. DOW intelligence experience.
- Knowledge of Foreign Intelligence Entity/International Terrorist Organizations methods for targeting DoW personnel while traveling and be knowledgeable of Foreign Clerance Guide procedures as it applies to DoW Civilians.
- US Citizenship is required and possession of an active Tier 3 (Secret) security clearance at a minimum.
- Completion training/credentials from the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) within 45 days of arrival.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is located OCONUS and primarily performed with frequent interruptions. Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, however occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs.
