Position- CEO Assistant

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Key Responsabilities:

1- To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls Handling emails, phone calls and other communication for the CEO

2- Managing the CEOs calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments and other relevant events.

3- Receiving and delivering messages and information to relevant parties.

4- To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.

5- Researching and booking transportation and accommodation for any necessary travel. Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Chief executive are met.

6- To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive.

7- Prioritizing and resolving any scheduling conflicts.

8- Filing and tracking any needed expenses, receipts or invoices.

9- To provide support for Board of Director meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points.

10- To service meetings of the Senior Management Team by drafting and collating papers and reports, preparing manageable agendas, taking minute and following up on actions points.

11- Attending meetings or networking events as needed.

Implementing time-saving strategies where possible.

12- Maintaining Confidentiality & Discretion.

13- Managing Office Operations & Administrative Tasks.

14- Liaising With Internal & External Stakeholders.

Extremely strong organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office.

• Great written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem solving and prioritization abilities.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Proven ability in travel arrangements and scheduling meetings/appointments.

• 3-6 year’s previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
