Responsibilities
- Establish strong partnerships with national, provincial, and municipal government departments, including the Ministry of Health, Health Cluster, centralized procurement authorities/institutions, social security authorities, key public hospitals, as well as key industry associations and public charities etc.,
- Expand the centralized purchasing business within the country or region and to fulfill the annual sales target..
- Closely monitor and analyse the healthcare industry dynamics and policies, mapping the public health deployment, centralized procurement planning and decision-making chain within the country or region, to formulate more effective and targeted centralized purchasing strategies to explore the public centralized purchasing market.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare budgets and funding sources within the Ministry of Health and Health Clusters; Closely monitor the mechanisms in place to forecast business opportunities; Develop long-term strategic sales planning, aiming for sustainable growth.
- Work with the product line sales team to jointly develop and manage centralized purchasing channels.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields. 5+ years’ experience in the public sector, healthcare industry or related fields. Sales or marketing experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the country’s healthcare regulatory landscape and political environment.
- Proven track record of engagement with healthcare authorities and centralized procurement authorities/institutions that led to sales success.
- Highly motivated, able to manage multiple initiatives and work well cross-functionally.
- Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language, with an ability to adapt seamlessly to diverse cultural environments.
- Saudi Arabian nationality
- Base in Riyadh
