Responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in the hot kitchen section (grill, sauté, roast). Ensures food quality, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations during service.

Job Description

- Cook and present hot dishes to standard
- Supervise junior kitchen staff
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Ensure proper mise en place and stock control
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of hot kitchen techniques
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
