Job Description

Responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in the hot kitchen section (grill, sauté, roast). Ensures food quality, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook and present hot dishes to standard
• Supervise junior kitchen staff
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure proper mise en place and stock control
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of hot kitchen techniques
• Strong teamwork and time management skills
