Job Description

Are you a technology-focused leader with a passion for optimizing facility management systems? We are looking for an experienced CAFM & FM Systems Operations Director to spearhead the management and enhancement of cutting-edge Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) across a large-scale program. In this pivotal role, you will ensure these systems effectively support asset management, maintenance operations, help desk services, and reporting, driving efficiency and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the administration, configuration, and support of CAFM/CMMS platforms.
• Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and user guidelines for FM systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of system administrators and analysts.
• Collaborate with FM and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide training to end-users.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Facility Management.
• At least 15 years of experience in managing CAFM/CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Archibus, FSI) within large-scale facilities, with 10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in CAFM/CMMS architecture, modules, and configuration.
• Proven experience in system implementation, data migration, integration, and vendor management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
