What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

Drive category growth within the KSA & Bahrain markets, through efficient management of P&L, working with CBD teams on finding opportunities to grow and drive market share - while optimizing on TMI spending to drive Turnover.

• Define and Drive Category / Channel Strategy
• Run S&OP cycle and achieve full year category targets
• Set Country / Channel / Customer Targets with CBD team
• Work with CBD on Opportunities and risks within M zero to achieve target
• Manage Category OS&R within the country to ensure consistent reduction and elimiation of business waste
• Own and manage total Category TTS Investment
• Design promo strategy & menu / Pricing/ SOF Ambition
• Work with Demand planning team on shipments mix, norms and additional requirements
• Drive NRM levers 2,3,4
  
  

Experiences & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum two years' experience in FMCG in sales, finance or/and NRM
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering
