What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Drive category growth within the KSA & Bahrain markets, through efficient management of P&L, working with CBD teams on finding opportunities to grow and drive market share - while optimizing on TMI spending to drive Turnover.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Drive category growth within the KSA & Bahrain markets, through efficient management of P&L, working with CBD teams on finding opportunities to grow and drive market share - while optimizing on TMI spending to drive Turnover.
- Define and Drive Category / Channel Strategy
- Run S&OP cycle and achieve full year category targets
- Set Country / Channel / Customer Targets with CBD team
- Work with CBD on Opportunities and risks within M zero to achieve target
- Manage Category OS&R within the country to ensure consistent reduction and elimiation of business waste
- Own and manage total Category TTS Investment
- Design promo strategy & menu / Pricing/ SOF Ambition
- Work with Demand planning team on shipments mix, norms and additional requirements
- Drive NRM levers 2,3,4
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum two years' experience in FMCG in sales, finance or/and NRM
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- P&L Understanding & Knowledge
- Strong Communication Skills
