Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute specific business expansion strategies, annual plans, and sales targets for the Saudi and Middle East markets.
  • Proactively develop new clients, new channels, and new partners (agents, distributors, strategic partners, etc.), and establish a stable customer resource pool.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, stable strategic cooperative relationships with key clients, government agencies, industry associations, chambers of commerce, local enterprises, and potential partners in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.
  • Lead localized marketing and promotion activities in Riyadh and other key cities in the Middle East to enhance market visibility.
  • Coordinate resources from various parties in the Middle East market to support the execution of Middle East projects.

Qualifications

  • Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in Chinese or English, capable of efficient communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language.
  • Preference given to candidates with a background in International Business, Marketing, Economics, Arabic Language and Literature, Middle Eastern Studies, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in international business, market expansion, sales, or business development. Prior practical work experience in the Middle East (especially Saudi Arabia) is preferred.
  • Understanding of the business culture, social customs, commercial practices, and laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to a work arrangement split between Suzhou, China, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
