Business Finance Analyst

Job Purpose:
Handle profit and business finance cost analysis, profit analysis and reporting activities. Provide business analysis and business finance support to all Sadara business units.
Functional Duties:
-Support the enterprise forecasting process and performance tracking and analysis; liaise with project controller and Program Project Control Office to develop the overall Sadara expenses and capital database; tracking of spending profile, performance analysis against plan, quantitative and qualitative variances analysis.
-Support the annual profit and budgeting process and the rolling 5-year mid-range business planning process.
-Provide business analysis and economic evaluation to 3rd party projects, value park projects, joint ventures and supply chain projects; coordinate to obtain other finance functional supports as needed.
-Develop models to forecast and reconcile pricing from the various agreements to track and forecast costs.
-Support manager in preparing update, reports and presentation to the Management Committee and Board of Directors.
-Support the transaction and data reporting of the Sadara business value centers/performance centers management reporting system (i.e., business income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements).
-Participate in the development of new policies and procedures for different areas of the Finance function.
-Suggest and develop innovative systems and procedures to simplify financial transactions in Sadara.
-Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
Education:
Essential: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
