Your role in our story… 

The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to cold outreach, lead generation, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. They will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective outreach strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.  


You’ll shine through…

  • Conducting cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients through research and targeted outreach.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Presenting and pitching Prezlab's services to potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Following up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.



What you need to come aboard… 

  • Saudi Arabian Nationality
  • 2-4 years of experience in cold outreach, cold calling, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
