One of JobIn Clients is Hiring for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new market opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role suits a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in line with company goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and follow-ups
• Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align growth strategies
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand
Skills- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong research and analytical skills for identifying market trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles
