One of JobIn Clients is Hiring for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new market opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role suits a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and market expansion. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in line with company goals

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and follow-ups

• Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align growth strategies

• Track sales performance and maintain accurate records using CRM tools

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand 

Skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong research and analytical skills for identifying market trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles
  • Background in [insert industry, e.g., tech, construction, healthcare] is a plus
