The function of the Business Development Manager is to Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that enhance the firm’s market presence and competitive edge and Generate Revenue, guide the team in achieving the goals and objectives, provide Managerial and Business Dimension, defining and implementing strategy in establishing the Law firm into a Leading Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a Lead to prosper Business and engage with Business Development team to Generate Revenue by engaging with high turnover of clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players, businesses, government agencies, and professional organizations to generate business opportunities
- Establish a Sustainable Organization, that will generate income and provide business opportunities
- Provide options for income and sources of income thru business planning and execution.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that enhance the firm’s market presence and competitive edge
- Develop Business Strategy, Establish Departments to execute the Organizational goals
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in Saudi Arabia and beyond
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and sales tactics to convert prospects into clients
- Provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their specific needs, ensuring exceptional service and value delivery
- Analyse performance data and KPIs to continuously optimize business development strategies and ensure effective goal achievement
- Design Partnership deeds to enhance and collaborate in Development of the Firm
- Drive the firm’s revenue growth through proactive business generation and by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the legal market
- Accept different challenges and Roles within the Organization
- Build the Firm into complete institution, by enhancing departments like HR, Finance & Admin
- Focus on Marketing strategies and define the organization with Quality staff that will lead the objectives and use of AI for better reach and attract more clients.
- Tailor the Revenue Generation to cover the Expenditure from the 1st Month
- Design complete structure and build all departments to engage in full business cycle
Qualifications, Certifications and Experience
Qualifications& Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years / Master’s Degree or MBA is Preferred
Specialist Certifications
Business Development / Law
Additional Qualification
Technical Skills – MS Office and Any System Development, Efficient Business Skill & Communication Skills.
Additional Requirement / Remarks
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial role
