WSP are looking for a BIM Manager to develop and deliver structured BIM models as well as mobilise, manage and lead teams to secure successful deliverable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans for each project, outlining the BIM requirements and deliverables for each phase of the project
• Coordinate and lead BIM meetings with the project team, including the design and construction teams, to ensure that BIM is being used effectively
• Manage and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and modelers, providing guidance and support to ensure that BIM standards and procedures are being followed
• Review BIM models and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that BIM models are being used effectively to improve design coordination and communication
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure that BIM models are being used effectively to improve construction coordination, scheduling, and sequencing
• Provide BIM training and support to project team members, as needed
• Evaluate and recommend new BIM technologies and tools to improve project delivery and efficiency
• Participate in project presentations and meetings with clients, providing expertise on BIM methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Ensure that BIM data is being managed and archived appropriately for future use
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in BIM management, including a minimum of 15 years of experience managing BIM on large construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of BIM technologies, tools, and methodologies
• Experience with BIM authoring tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Experience with BIM data management and interoperability tools such as BIM 360, ProjectWise, and Solibri
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
