Key Responsibilities

Client Growth & Market Expansion

  • Partner with company clients to identify opportunities for market entry, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Support clients in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that strengthen their presence in government and private sector markets.
  • Position the company and its client-facing solutions as trusted, results-driven resources.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Development

  • Work with clients to secure new strategic relationships and business opportunities.
  • Build strong connections with client executives, government representatives, and industry leaders.
  • Represent the company and its clients in meetings, forums, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Solution Alignment & Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with company and client teams to design tailored solutions addressing specific organizational challenges.
  • Leverage knowledge of consulting, data-driven insights, and HR/talent-related solutions to support client objectives.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

  • Help clients establish alliances with industry associations, service providers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify opportunities for joint ventures, strategic alliances, and collaborations that create value for clients.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Provide the company and its clients with insights on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Align business development activities with both the Company's consulting goals and the client's strategic objectives.

Key Success Metrics

  • Client Success: Ability to deliver measurable business growth for clients.
  • New Business Opportunities: Number and quality of opportunities identified and secured on behalf of clients.
  • Relationship Strength: Depth of trust and credibility built with client executives and stakeholders.
  • Revenue Impact: Contribution to company and client revenue growth through engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development within consulting, professional services, or solution-based industries.
  • Proven record of driving growth for clients through strategic market development and relationship-building.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's government and private sector business environment.
  • Experience in HR solutions, assessments, or talent management is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, client-focused approach.
