Role Overview:

The Business Development and Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business by utilizing company services.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts .
• Manage and mentor the Business development & sales team .
• Develop and implement sales strategies .
• Any task assigned by the direct manager .
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 Proven experience as a Business Development or sales Manager
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
