Business Development Engineer

Dynamic and results-driven professional to fill a combined role of Business Development Engineer and Sales Representative, focusing on engineering services and digital construction solutions. This dual role involves identifying, pursuing, and managing business opportunities while promoting and selling our services to new and existing clients. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients both locally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet or exceed growth targets.
• Identify potential clients and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Lead the proposal process, negotiate and close deals.
• Provide clients with technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Travel as required to meet business needs and client requirements.
• Prepare reports on account status, transaction details, and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in sales or business development.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably within the engineering or digital construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts and digital construction technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and intermediate skills in Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Ability to travel and adapt to business needs.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
