This job holder is responsible of drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives through identifying and evaluating development opportunities, implementing effective business development strategies and manage partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Development Briefs: Develop development briefs outlining project concepts, target segments, asset mixes, and value propositions.
- Drive Opportunity Sourcing & Relationships: Oversee research to identify potential business opportunities and build long-term business relationships and partnerships.
- Secure Investments & Partnerships: Identify and build strong relationships with investors to pursue potential business investments and forge successful strategic partnerships.
- Manage Partnership Performance: Oversee the financial and operational performance of established partnerships with investors.
- Company Representation: Represent Soudah Development at local, regional, and global industry conferences, events, and speaking engagements, promoting the company as a top global investment attraction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
- Master’s degree in any related field from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; Fluency in Arabic and English.
