We are working with one of the leading investment company's in the Kingdom, who are actively seeking a Head of Projects & Infrastructure for their legal team.
Key requirements:
- You must be at least 8 PQE.
- You must have strong projects, construction and infrastructure experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex transactions, advising on the development of major infrastructure projects, drafting complex contracts and have broad experience covering agreements negotiations.
- Candidates should also have a familiarity with dealing with high-level stakeholders, providing clear advice where needed.
