With a fast growing business in Saudi Arabia, Bridor is looking for a Business Developer to support the development of the Retail and Foodservice markets in the region.
Reporting to the Country Manager and working closely with the entire Bridor sales and technical team, you will be responsible for developing successful and profitable relationships with existing customers in the Retail and Foodservice channels.
You will ensure that customers receive the high level of service they expect, while maximising opportunities for expansion in the markets you serve. You will be responsible for developing sales and our customer based in Saudi Arabia.
You will also focus on developing new business opportunities in your region, in line with the established strategy for the area.
You will be able to respond quickly to all customer requests, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.
Profil De Candidat Recherché
We are looking for a dynamic and organised candidate with a first experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in Horeca and/or Retail channel in the food and drink industry.
Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, your knowledge and understanding of the Foodservice and/or Retail network in Saudi Arabia enables you to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both distributors and customers.
With excellent written and oral communication skills, you are able to meet the needs of different customers independently.
Experience and expertise in bakery/pastry will be valued as well as previous sales role within the Middle East area.
Fluent Arabic and English are required.
The position is based in the Eastern region (Dammam or Khobar) and frequent travel throughout the Kingdom will be required for business needs.
