Assistant Manager- Project Execution

You will oversee the successful implementation of renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and team collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets for renewable energy initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to align project objectives.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support project planning.
• Supervise project activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Track project progress and report status updates to senior management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve project goals.
• Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, permits, and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address project requirements and expectations.
• Resolve project-related issues and challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy-related fields).
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in project execution within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, or biomass.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in renewable energy projects.
• Timely completion of projects within approved budgets.
