The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into functional specifications and optimize project outcomes.

- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders such as Product Owners, engineers, and business leaders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and a solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Work with Product Owners, developers, and other departments to align project goals.
- Process Optimization & Documentation
- Analyze and refine business processes and workflows for improved efficiency.
- Maintain clear and well-structured documentation for requirements, use cases, and user stories.
- Support Agile & SDLC Processes
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Ensure alignment with SDLC best practices for successful project execution.
