Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize ARIS to model, analyze, and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct process workshops and facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Create detailed process documentation and specifications for development teams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to process management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process modeling.
- Proficiency in ARIS software and its application in business process management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
