Breast Imaging Radiologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret digital screening and diagnostic mammograms (2D/3D/tomosynthesis)
• Perform and interpret breast ultrasound and breast MRI
• Conduct image-guided procedures:
• Ultrasound-guided core needle biopsies
• Stereotactic-guided biopsies
• MRI-guided breast biopsies (if applicable)
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer meetings and collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists
• Ensure compliance with national/international breast screening protocols and BI-RADS classification
• Provide clear, concise, and timely radiological reports
• Support the implementation of quality assurance, audit, and peer review practices
• Educate and supervise radiology trainees or technologists if applicable
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and ethical standards
